I thought it was going to be a small book, but it was 500 pages of everything from drinks to dessert. If you want to learn good grilling techniques, get Steven Raichlen books. If you can't choose between charcoal and gas, do what I did and get both. Grilling it yourself is a lot better than going to a drive-through!
