I received this brownie pan as a gift. It is awesome. I would have never thought that it would work so well. The brownies come out perfect every time. Make sure you spray it well with cooking spray, and you will have no problems. I'm going to purchase a second one so I can make 2 batches at the same time.

After seeing this on TV, I saw it in my local Target store. I bought it a few weeks later and used it after I got home. I haven't yet used it to make brownies, but I made raspberry bread squares, and they came out perfectly! There was no leakage and after taking it out of the oven and setting it on the cooling rack the outer edge peice came straight off. The divider came out perfectly clean and easy. I liberally applied Baker's Joy to the edge, bottom, and divider. I was only dissapointed by one thing, which was that the divider did not cut all the way to the edge, but that was easily remedied with a knife.

 Perfect Brownie Pan Good, but not Perfect! July 5, 2010

I was very excited to try these pans, especially after seeing the TV advertisements for perfectly baked brownies. I planned on making brownies for my daughters wedding, so I purchased two of these. My first batch did not turn out as well as I expected, they were not completely done, despite following the baking time guidelines. Therefore, I would recommend that you adjust the time depending upon your oven. After the first batch, I added a few more minutes and they turned out pretty well, except for the small leakage, that I did not have with the first two batches. Luckily I put a cookie sheet under the pans, so the mess was not all over my oven. I also wanted my brownies to look nice, which was the main reason for buying these pans. They were not all shaped evenly, but still looked ok, but not perfect.

The cookie pan is exactly what I anticipated it would be. Just a simple cookie pan. Nothing spectacular - simply utilitarian. A cookie pan. No big deal. Certainly not deserving of any kind of review like this one.
