Excellent scale for shipping July 9, 2010
I've been using this for nine months for the times when I sell my daughter's clothes on eBay and it works great. The weight on this scale matches up with the one on the scale at the Post Office. A couple times I have unintentionally placed items that were too heavy (over 11 lbs) on the scale and it didn't hurt it, so it's sturdy as well. I'm very pleased with this scale for household and shipping use--the red is cute too and matches my kitchen!

The tare works great. I am also able to put a good size bowl on it, but still able to read the scale. The size/weight of the scale is perfect. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a scale to weight some wool roving, so I needed it to be exact and show increments of 0.1. It is easy to read and use, and now I am even using it when baking. Because it has lb, oz and g, kg, I don't have to search for conversion table anymore - I just weight ingredients in grams when recipe calls for it.
